We are old school. You contact us for a quick chat and tell us all about your event, your ideas, likes/dislikes and desired level of service. We ask questions & we listen. Following our conversation, we put together a custom menu with a focus on the best ingredients and flavor profiles, while staying true to your vision. From there we work together and adjust until we craft a menu within your budget that you are thrilled with.
Once we confirm the menu & date, we stay in touch throughout and accommodate any changes along the way. When your event comes, whether it is just a delivery, setting up a buffet line or a multi-course staffed event, we go above and beyond to provide a delicious, beautifully presented meal. We worry about the details so that you can relax & enjoy.
